The advanced training course builds on the basic training. Participants broaden their knowledge of front cooking and will make significant progress on their way to becoming professional front cooks.
Suitable for sous chefs, cooks, front cooks and talents who have already completed the basic training course.
Aim of training course
- Participants are able to implement front cooking concepts independently.
- They are able to make presentations in front of guests and reliably master complete tasks.
- They are confident when dealing with guests, even in difficult situations.
