The new COOK I-flex guarantees maximum flexibility with its efficient, fully integrated induction technology with up to three hobs. Various cooking inserts can be positioned with ease and quickly exchanged. This wide range of cooking equipment means that an equally varied array of food can be prepared to order, directly in view of customers, from dawn to dusk. Thanks to its compact dimensions and integrated extractor hood, this cooking station can also be integrated in areas with space restrictions. In the mobile to-go version, COOK I-flex is also ideal for catering and out-of-house assignments.

BC I-flex

The BC I-flex’s basic equipment includes standard castors, a built-in induction hob and an integrated extraction bridge. It can be extended to incorporate different options and a wide selection of accessories.

The BC I-flex built-in can be precisely integrated into interior design concepts or permanently installed in a counter system. It therefore optimally fulfils the requirements for tailor-made solutions in store construction.

Equipped with large, sturdy stainless-steel castors, bumper rail and push handle, the BC I-flex to go is ready to face the special requirements of catering and out-of-house assignments.

BC I-flex 1

The BC I-flex 1 with Schuko plug can be connected to all commercially available Schuko socket outlets regardless of power current. This model is equipped with an induction hob which can be positioned on the left or right. The additional neutral area can be used for storing or arranging.

Using the COOK I-flex cooking inserts is simple and versatile. Professionals can use them to alternate between dishes throughout the day. The portfolio ranges from pasta cooker sets and frying pans in various sizes to griddles with intelligent magnetic holders for safe and precise placement on the induction hob. The underframe provides sufficient storage space for cooking inserts, which can be stored ready for instant use.
