In addition to the previous training courses, especially for specific goals: coaching for individual employees, teams or projects helps you master specific front cooking tasks.
Aim of coaching
- Participants have already completed a training course at the B.PRO Academy.
- They are given guidance and support in carrying out special COOK projects.
The coach provides support to enable the participant to perform the following tasks on their own:
- Assessment of the actual situation
- Analysis and elaboration of solutions
- Checking alternatives
- Decision on how to proceed further
- Transforming solutions into measures and implementing them
- is adapted to the needs of the coachee
- is carried out by a specialist with in-depth practical experience
- Duration: 1 day
- Requires overnight stay for coach
- Seminar fee: 1 day, 900 euros plus travel and accommodation costs
