The growing demand for fresh, high-quality out-of-house meals forms the basis for many new business ideas. In recent years, live cooking has become a central component of numerous catering concepts. At times, however, such projects do not get off the ground due to structural or system-related issues. COOK addresses such problems with a solution-oriented approach:
